If a personal or team plan ends
There is no lock-out and nothing is lost. Here is exactly what changes:
Your published cards stay online
Visitors keep seeing them exactly as they are. Nothing is taken down or deleted.
You keep editing one card
Your first card stays fully editable. Any others stay online but become read-only.
Portfolio and lead form sections lock
Sections already on your live card keep showing — you just cannot add or change them.
Drafts stay drafts
Publishing a draft, or taking a live card down, resumes as soon as you renew.
Renew whenever you like and everything unlocks immediately. Accounts that have never subscribed are unaffected — on the Free plan you can always edit and publish your card.

Who can use ShepCard Business?
Independent designers, individuals who sell cards, and printing businesses in Ghana and beyond. You can create customer cards without changing your personal ShepCard plan.
How do I make money from customer cards?
Choose what to charge for design, digital cards, printing, and delivery. Collect payments directly from your customers and record sales and payments in your workspace. ShepCard takes no share of those sales and does not collect or pay out customer payments.
Does every customer need a ShepCard account?
No. Your business can manage the card for them. When a customer wants to manage it themselves, invite them to accept ownership with a verified account. Their card link stays the same, and their personal plan limits apply after handover.
Can my business create more than 25 customer cards?
Yes, with extra capacity in blocks of 25 cards. The owner can choose capacity in Settings & billing. Upgrades charge for the remaining paid period, and added capacity is included in the next manual 30-day renewal. The checkout shows the amount due and renewal price before payment. Each extra block costs GH₵50 per 30 days.
What happens if my Business period expires?
Published customer cards stay online. Creating, editing, restoring, and publishing cards pause until you renew. You can still view and export cards, record payments, archive or unpublish cards, and hand over ownership.
What happens to customer cards if I close my business?
Published cards stay online indefinitely, and drafts stay private. Your business and staff lose access. Customers with a recorded email receive a 30-day claim invitation and can request a fresh link later using their matching verified account. Cards without a customer email need support to verify ownership. You must close your Business workspace before deleting your personal account.
