The service

  • ShepCard provides tools to create, customize, and share digital business cards, including QR codes, analytics, and lead capture.
  • You are responsible for the content you publish on your cards, including making sure it does not violate any law or infringe on anyone's rights.

Accounts and plans

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • The free plan includes one card. Paid plans add more cards and features. Plan limits are enforced by the service.
  • When paid billing becomes available, it will be processed by Paystack under their terms of service. Pricing is shown on the pricing page before you pay.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use ShepCard to publish illegal, fraudulent, or abusive content, to spam people, to collect data without consent, or to interfere with the service.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Intellectual property

  • You keep all rights to the content you publish. ShepCard and its branding are owned by ShepherdCloud.

Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShepherdCloud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
